June 15 Conor arrived late. Gave me the box and I was to install it myself. My plug in's did not work. He told me I would have to phone the tech department to set up an appointment for someone to come in. He also forgot to cover the cable box outside so the wires were exposed to the elements. He left and I did not have a phone or internet. I call under my old number because it was not cancelled yet. After an hour on the phone, talking with 5 people and they still did not give me to the correct department. I started to cry and the last person I talked with talked to the tech department and opened a ticket. June 16 I have no phone or internet. June 17 I drive downtown to Cogeco but the office is not opened of course. So I wait until...
