Norlock & Sons

I initially contacted Norlock to ask for guidance because I had rodents in my attic. Norlock had reshingled my roof less than 2 years ago and I did now know who else to ask. He showed up, looked at the soffets from the ground level (did not go up in the attic), said that he was quite busy but would have someone to do the repairs by the end of the week and quoted that it would cost $300-$400. I called 4 times over the next 2 weeks and either left a voice mail or spoke to his receptionist. Each time, the receptionist said that she would contact him and get back to her but I never heard from Norlock. I even asked why I couldn't speak to him personally and she stated that he left his phone in the truck when he was on a job. The rodent issue was getting worse so another roofer was called in.
